Shipping & Returns
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order followed by a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped. All orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct address and contact information as Velvet is not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If your order is "returned to sender" for any reason, we are more than happy to reship your item(s) but ask that you provide for the cost of shipping.
Return & Exchange / Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Velvet does NOT currently accept or provide any returns or exchanges.
If you received a damaged item that was damaged in transit (evidenced by damaged packaging) please contact the shipping carrier. This is not the responsibility of Velvet as we package each order with care and are not liable for carrier misconduct/negligence.
If, however, you received a damaged or defective item that was not damaged in transit (evidenced by an undamaged box) please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the item(s) as well as the shipping box and we will either ship you a new item or issue you a refund.
